Sales Terms
  1. Order Review
    Please carefully read and understand our Sales Terms and Privacy Policy before confirming your order. Submission confirms your agreement.
  2. Order Acknowledgement
    You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing an online order. If no confirmation is received, contact us at +852 6239 8964.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Policy
    Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment except for quality issues or discrepancies discovered upon delivery.
  2. Inspection Requirement
    Upon delivery, inspect goods and packaging immediately. Document any issues (photos/videos from multiple angles) and notify us within 24 hours via +852 6239 8964 or service@vimar.com.hk.
  3. Non-quality Returns
    Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Late requests will not be processed.
  4. Damage Assessment
    Human Damage: Products showing signs of use, improper operation, or intentional damage are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
  5. Quality Issues
    Defined as:
    Manufacturing defects (missing parts, malfunctioning components);
    Failure to meet national safety standards.
    Please immediately cease use, retain the original packaging, and notify us via phone / WhatsApp / Email within 24 hours with a close-up video of the defective area ( showing product serial number ) and third-party inspection report (if available); we will initiate quality inspection within 48 hours and assign a dedicated representative to follow up.
  6. Timeline
    Valid returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  7. Non-Processing Scenarios
    I. Incomplete delivery information (e.g., missing address/quantity);
    II. Payment failure (invalid card details, insufficient funds);
    III. Out-of-stock items.

Shipping Terms

  1. Single Shipment per Order
    Each online order is shipped to one designated address.
  2. Order Priority
    Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received.
  3. Shipping Timeline
    I. In-stock Items: Shipped within 1–3 business days;
    II. Mixed Orders: Defaults to combined shipping. Expedited shipping for in-stock items requires additional fees;
    III. Pre-orders: Factory lead times 2–4 weeks (exact timeline confirmed by supplier);
    IV. Out-of-stock items trigger a dedicated follow-up call to negotiate delivery timelines;
    V. Cancellation/refund requests are accommodated if deadlines are unacceptable.

Payment Terms

  1. Full Payment
    Pre-orders and custom orders require full payment upfront.
  2. Bank Transfer
    For bank transfers, please retain transfer receipts (including PayPal records), email to service@vimar.com.hk or WhatsApp +852 6239 8964, and specify: Name / Contact Number / Order ID in the email. After placing an order, we will provide payment options via WhatsApp: FPS / FPS / PayMe ID / Bank info.

Interpretation Rights

VIMAR HONG KONG reserves the right to interpret and amend these terms. Final pricing decisions are at our discretion.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts. VIMAR HONG KONG holds ultimate authority in interpretation.
