Delivery Delays
Shipping schedules may be postponed under the following circumstances: - Incomplete recipient information
- Recipient unavailability
- Natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes)
- Public works or infrastructure projects, system maintenance, warehouse adjustments, or inventory counts, these delays are beyond our control and not covered by our service guarantee.
Freight Charges for Orders Under HKD 1,000:
- Customers are responsible for express shipping fees.
- Default Carrier: SF Express,br>
- Service Scope: Direct delivery to commercial/business addresses or Fengchao cabinets
- Rates (effective June 1, 2024): Approximately HKD 30–44 Initial 1–2 kg, final rates subject to SF Express pricing adjustments.
Free Delivery for Orders Over HKD 1,000:
- Eligibility: Non-residential/commercial addresses or Fengchao cabinets (智能快递柜).
- Process: A dedicated representative will contact you prior to dispatch. Surcharge for Restricted Addresses
For orders ≥ HKD 1,000 shipped to:
I. Residential Address
II. Remote Area: Lantau Island (Peng Chau, Hei Ling Chau), Islands (Lamma Island, Discovery Bay, Cheung Chau, etc.), and other outlying islands.
III. Surcharge = Actual freight cost – Standard rate

Operational Hours
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. SF Express only provides delivery services Monday to Saturday, with no Sunday deliveries. Please kindly understand.
